The developer has been in consultation with planning officials with a proposal of demolition of existing redundant former church halls and constructing on site two blocks of four town houses.

Each town house would consists of four storeys including a roof top penthouse with patio and ground floor garage. There are four additional car parking spaces before the front elevation included, and the existing fringe of protected trees is to be preserved.

Local residents’ coordinator Kay Barclay informed that the developer intends to withdraw the proposal which is unlikely to receive consent and re- submit a new one.
